The only reason this is news is because the guy is popular. He probably did only what he stated.

Remember: Reporters are told to make up things when there aren't enough facts... or if they didn't get the whole story they tend to use opinions to fill the blanks.

Heh.. I don't even really care who he is. I never said he did or didn't do it... I was just rambling about how news is more like gossip these days.

I'm not justifying it, and I'm sure he's guilty to at least some degree; but prosecuting people for downloading or surfing to child pornography is like punishing kids for buying candy at the school bookstore -- they know it is wrong, but THEY aren't really the ones to blame for it being available.
