Somehow, I doubt that.

I for one am very glad to see DW still going. Coming here back in '99 for the first time, I thought it'd last for a couple of years tops like other fan started sites that aren't part of Gamespy (DoomNation?).

And other than a few freakish posts every now and then, it's still goin' strong.

The only thing I'd suggest is updating the rest of the site. There are tons of sections that still come up with old style graphics and layouts, and other abandoned sections (like the source ports page).

Fix those quirks, and you got yourself a site with longevity and prosperity.

Your lack of hair disturbs me.

I don't think that a new admin will have much effect. I do miss the times when the forum was just getting warmed up. Not so many new people who make a post (or not) then leave. I have nothing against newbies, but what's with these people? If you're not serious, don't join! On the other paw, I've joined some other forums and dropped 'em after a few posts. So I guess I can't complain.
