I say Doom 64. It wasn't a rehash of anything that every other conveivable system has already done. It was a fresh game, with a fresh look, fresh story, fresh levels, just a new goddamn game period. And the fact that it still played like good ol Doom, just so much better, it was a helluva thrill. The hell portion of the game was the most impressive hell, as well. Most thought out version, with some truly exellent levels.
