IMO, lame cyber battles are the worst thing that can possibly be put in a PWAD. However, I didn't vote.

Cyberdemon battles can be one of the coolest parts of Doom, especially if there's a spider mastermind around plus some other monsters. The one in Gotcha is great.

I agree the, Cybie/TSM fights are classics

I mean the BAD ones. Like the one in the PWAD "WOW!" where you hop into an illusio-pit and BFG a cybie.
