Need help remembering the name of an old arcade game..

The game was like a fighting game, only it seemed more similar to Final Fight... I'm pretty sure you would fight more than one opponent at a time usually, except when fighting bosses. Unlike Final fight, you never seemed to advance forward, and I think the whole game took place in a bar (or something like that)the whole time. One thing I do remember well about this game was there was a female boss who was dressed as a dominatrix...... Kinda like Ivy or Sofia with thy high black boots.

Does anyone know the name of the game I'm talking about??

Pit Fighter?

I'm pretty sure Pit Fighter was a 1-on-1 fighter...perhaps it was Guardians of the Hood?
