Hi people and other beings...

We are currently programming a game
(Arcade-Shooter: vertical scrolling
fighter-simulation. kinda like
Apogee(tm)'s "Raptor"... only 3D and
with RPG-aspects)
It will take at least 2 - 3 years
until it's fully done.

The question is- seeing yourself in
2 - 3 years with whatever bandwidth
you'll have by then- How big would
the maximum filesize be that you'd
be willing to download?

56K modems are the shiznit. ;)
No actually they suck big time
Largest I've ever downloaded was 90MB.
In 3 Bit chunks.
Eg: 3x30=90
Took 3 Nights per bit.
9Days.

I WILL NOT be doing that again :(
Damned 56K.

If only DSL or cable was cheaper.
Then I wouldn't care how big the file was
Download everything in sight

But, alas. I can't. that sucks :(
