How is Ling cruel?


He is? Last time I checked the reason why some people thought he was "cruel" was because

A)He didnt host their site
B)Didnt put updates of their site on the DW main page
C)He IP banned them
D)He username banned them

If he has done ANY of these things, that doesnt make him cruel, because he has his reasons.

If Ling was cruel he would ban people and give them really mean custom titles like "I suck" and stuff like that.
