As long as they're fair, they should stay. Of course, I'm not a mod or admin like Ling or Lüt, so my opinion doesn't matter.

give them a day in between so they aren't spammed on here if one is posted and a second one pops up within 24 hours the new poll should instantly be deleted/sent to post hell

As long as they have a fair "this band sucks" choice, they should stay. It's good we're drawing music discussion away from the general forum.

I voted for sent immediately to post hell, but I've changed my mind. If they aren't made with the goal of starting a conflict or bashing someone else's music, then they should probably stay.
