Is there some point to that? Your quote doesn't dispute or contradict either of my points. In fact, it agrees with my first point that the genetic trait probably isn't and couldn't be CAUSED by a historical lack of cheese eating, but vice versa. The second was that cheese is ubiquitous in Japan, which it fucking is. Maybe if you strain your brain really hard you might be able to comprehend the difference between "East Asian dishes" and "food available in East Asian countries".

Or if your logic is correct we'd better call America and tell them they'll have to close down most of their restaurants because they're not serving "North American dishes".

Why don't we just invent some sort of liquid cheese (that doesn't involve being burning hot) and use that to stick our dicks in? It kind of makes both Oral come WITH the Cheese.
