Agreed. It might work with a thicker, more closely-spaced font, if the image was then filtered and anti-aliased a bit and rotated 2-5 degrees to look scanned.

Times new roman doesn't buy me out.

That's right but the feeling of reading a paper, after all my gaze at screens, was refreshing.
