Great little flash app, you click on the matrix, it creates a note. The thing then plays the notes in a loop.

Caught my attention for a good amount of time, give it a go!

This is so fucking rad. You can right-click to copy the pattern and share, my gf and I came up with these:

It works as long as you only copy and paste one sequence at a time. Some posts here have multiple sequences which gave me problems too. They're separated by line breaks.

In an vaguely-related subject does anybody know the name of this MIDI-creating software that i beleive i saw on here once?

It's basically like written music but you put coloured squares at different positions to play different notes.

Fruity Loops? That sounds like it could be any number of music writing programs but FL is a big name.

Nah i've vaguely heard of FL and beleive that can do all sorts of fancy mp3 and MOD stuff too. Pretty sure the program in question only did MIDI's and was quite small and unknown.

I might not have even seen it on here, but it seemed a likely place as Doom uses MIDI's for music **
(note: not really, MUS!)
