Depends what you consider a roguelike. I would associate replayability-by-randomisation, quick games featuring permadeath (so you HAVE to restart, no savegames) and turn-based play to be the primary characteristics of a roguelike.
Games like Diablo and Torchlight definitely use roguelike elements but are more of a long-term action RPG sort of game. From what I understand about Mount&Blade, I'd consider it to be a sandbox action RPG.
But I don't want to start some sort of subjective genre-wanking argument so that's just my opinion :)
