Thread title says all. I would like a MIDI sequencer in which I could make my PC keyboard act like a MIDI keyboard via keybindings. If anyone could come up with something it would be very well appreciated.

It's not that I'm impatient about Fisk sequencing my MIDI's, but I just want to get into the grand game of MIDI sequencing in the cheapest way possible.

EDIT: And do a better MIDI of "Wollt Ihr Das Bett in Flamen Sehen"

Anvil Studio. I've been using it since '98...and it's still updated fairly regularly.

It's a bit limited in the effects department, but you can still do pitch bends, modulation and all that. Otherwise, it's swell!

I don't have all that much experience, but this is the first MIDI program I downloaded, but I couldn't quite interface with it (had no way to compose with it).

I'll use this because it's freeware.
