Yeah, I hate it when the result is in doubt all the way to the last play. How clichéd - just like every sports movie ever made.

Having said that, that Superbowl where the 49ers made the Dolphins look silly (for not having a running game) was great entertainment, even though it was rather one-sided.

It wasn't just that, really, but that people's well-researched analysis was nothing but mere toilet paper. Brady was getting frustrated, Giants defence was falling to injury left and right, and it was just a shoddy thing all around. In my opinion, anyway.

Edit: the safety play, the CONSTANT pressure on Brady, and him being hit 8(or 9) times didn't help matters, either.

Mmm, not really. Given the nature of the game and scoring system, particularly with evenly matched teams this is quite common. Probably more common than lopsided blowouts like patriots v broncos.
