I swear I saw a video about it here, but a search doesn't seem to reveal anything. There was a trailer or a beta gameplay trailer about some upcoming game from Japan centered around a visual style with intentionally super glitchy graphics; like watching a really fucked up VHS tape and watching a TV channel that doesn't quite come in at the same time. I'm trying to tell a friend about it but I don't even remember what it was called. Google ain't even helping very much either. :(
