If you read the last paragraph on the page (the first line also gives a clue), then you'll see what the origin of this test was.

Generally, I'll vote for the candidate least likely to fuck this country (USA) up more. I vote progressive, because I feel that a country should support its citizens as much as it can. I think the point of the test is to measure psychological attitudes moreso than actual political attitudes.

Some questions were sloppy or awkward but it did narrow down what fascism tends to be. At least it did not narrow it down to Statism and the adoration of leaders.
