Guitar Hero is Back. Be Very Afraid

Very popular game(s) that lots of people enjoyed and which you don't have to play if you don't like it. I don't see the problem with another one.

The FMV audiences seem rather interesting, though, and I'd like to see that in person. I'm not gonna shell out anything for this, but I know some people who might.

Call me dumb or whatever, but I'm actually moderately interested.

you don't need to learn how to play the instrument of the rhythm game you're playing at all. Guitar Hero was a fun concept of a game and i enjoyed the second installment a lot back then. i don't see how Guitar Hero "really fucking fail" in being anything more than it is, a fun rhythm-based game. the problem is the market became over-saturated with these games back then, but you can just, you know, not pay attention to them.

I've never played guitar hero, but playing in real bands for many years was a great experience.
