Um, Level 11 is O of Destruction!/Circle of Death. Level 8 is Tricks N Traps.
For some reason, I like levels 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 18, 20, 24, 30, 31, and 32. The rest of the game is too half-baked to get me to care about it.

In Ultima Doom: E1m1 or E1m8, heh
In Doom 2: Map09 (of couse) the music is the best in doom2, and the level is funny.

E1M1, E1M8 are both classic levels. Level 09-The Pit, in Doom2-that blows. Hard. The level is uglier than sin and it's just not fun to play.

I can't really think of a level in Doom II i Don't like... maybe gotcha... but I don't hate it. however E1m9 is compleatly shithouse. I Will never understand this cult of people who Love Doom, but hate Doom II... oh well, good for them.

Ack. Irritating trivial level that gives away too many weapons.

Ergh. Rather bland dull brown levels that never appealed to me.

Bleh. 18 could be any old crap add-on level from that time, the areas are messy and make no sense. 19 is just bizarre.

Well the music rules and there's some good detail in the main cavern, but the rest is frankly dire beyond even the low standards of the rest of Doom 2 (excepting map21).

Best level, hmmm, I'd go with either MAP13 or MAP29, with MAP26 a close runner-up. Together with MAP02, and MAP11 those are the only Doom 2 levels I rate highly. 4, 10, 14, 15, 17, 22 are passable, the rest I can happily do without.
