If ID try to sue over 'Freedoom', perhaps we should try to persuade LucasArts to sue them (and knowing LucasArt's track record, it wouldn't take much persuasion). After all, "Doom" sounds far more similar to "Loom" than "Freedoom" ;)

Heh, the only reason Blizzard shut down Freecraft is because they sold out and aren't gamers anymore, they're a bunch of rich guys. id Software is still cool and always will be.
Okay, just let the darn thing die already, for crying out loud. This poor thread never should have been resurrected in the first place, and I apologize for even bringing the subject up to begin with.
