Right I've fixed a bunch. There'll be loads more I'll have to weed out, plus pages that exist but don't work properly. If you spot one, just mail me it or add it to this thread. Cheers!

[edit: oh yes, the whole site is in subversion so you could check it out, fix it (add a redir in .htaccess) and mail me the patch or ask to be added to the committers)
