I had a go at making the missing sounds for Freedoom. I managed to get what I think is acceptable results for DSDMPAIN and DSDMACT. I agree to release these sounds under the terms layed out in the Freedoom license.

After realising the other ones were a load of ass, I fiddled with the sounds and found that lowering their pitch made them sound better. Updated the zip.
