Iceman I will be totally honest with you now:
I am a fist of the north star fan myself. I loved the series up until the end of shin (which is basicly what this WAD is). The graphics, textures, sounds and pretty much everything is very well done. But there's one HUGE problem, which you should know by now.
The WAD is illegal as it contains Doom resources. The file contains a huge amount of crap that does NOT need to be there. This is why everyone in the doom community is frowning at this project, not because they don't know what fist is.
Your best course of action would be to take these resources and create a PWAD (patch wad) for an updated port of Doom, like GZDoom or ZDoom. That way not only could you put your resources to good use, but enhance them to fit fist of the north star (Custom weapons, new enemies rather than replaced ones etc). You also badly need new maps. No one wants to see the same maps they've been playing for over 14 years but with new textures and enemies from a completely different franchise.
You need to stop advertising and trying to make this a separate "game" and learn to make patch wads for ZDoom (or some other port). It is Doom and you cannot get rid of that fact. Using Zdoom features, a team of mappers and a different development approach, you could have a great project here.
But as it is, it is a shambles and a waste of good talent.
