Blood had its alpha source leaked, but that's not a release.
Dark Force and Outlaws never had their source released nor leaked, this is for certain. The "DarkXL" project that is going on is a clone based on reverse engineering of Dark Force's data files and behavior, and it doesn't contain a single line of code from Lucas Arts.
Of Eradicator, I haven't heard anything; but I assume its source hasn't been released. Not every game company out there is like id Software. In fact, id is rather the exception. Most delete and forget the code from their old game, rather than releasing it.
