Death Egg Posted November 15, 2012 Alright, I'm pretty sure nothing like this actually exists, but... is there a program that searches your doom folder for WAD's, finds ones that are missing their .txt document, and downloads them from the archive? Because I have a folder full of Doom mods I don't feel like redownloading, but it was from a time where I would delete text files that went with them and I feel dumb for having done so, since a lot of them have useful information for running the wad. 0 Share this post Link to post
Obsidian Posted November 15, 2012 Probably not. The wads aren't exactly connected to their text files in any way, so it'd be pretty impossible for a program to perform that sort of task. The best thing to do is copy and paste the text document straight from the archive manually: that way you won't have to redownload stuff. 0 Share this post Link to post
