Hyena Posted May 12, 2002 Not wanting to complain or anything, but I'm not credited on the freedoom page for levels, but I did map16. Thanks. 0 Share this post Link to post
Jon Posted May 12, 2002 Ok fixed- sorry. If you emailed fraggle (or me) like it says on the page, you would have a speedier response :) 0 Share this post Link to post
cph Posted May 13, 2002 While I'm reminded of it, please add Dan L'Ecuyer <dlecuyer@tbase.com> to the credits as the author of the GENMIDI lump. I uploaded it for him (to replace my awful attempt at the same :). 0 Share this post Link to post
boris Posted May 14, 2002 [7-4]: GENMIDI ============== This has something to do with General MIDI, obviously. This lump has 3 sections: an 8-byte header (the ASCII text "#OPL_II#"), then 150 36-byte records (1 for each instrument), then 150 32-byte strings (names of instruments, padded with zeros). Perhaps the 36 bytes contain waveform information for the General MIDI standard instruments (this guess is based on exactly one glance at a dump of the byte values, so don't put too much faith in it). 0 Share this post Link to post
fraggle Posted May 20, 2002 Sorry about that :) I'd like to emphasise to everyone whos contributed to check the contributors list and make sure they're properly credited. Its very easy to miss people out or lose track of exactly what people have done, there are just so many people :) 0 Share this post Link to post
