it is, but like Dragonsbrethren said, the beta calls it the Quake Power. probably changed it at the last minute so as to make more sense of what its effect is.

That's very plausible. Most people have no idea what the Doomsphere does in Wrack (SPOILER: Same damn thing), whereas a brain dead monkey could probably figure out what the Quad Damage does.
