Wintex

I want to make a new level screen for my wad, add different music, ect...but Wintex won't load! I'm using Windows XP and whenever I try to load it I get this "Cannot find VBRUN300.DLL". Alright, I just read the read me file and it says this... You need VBRUN300.DLL, because this is partly a Visual Basic tool. VBRUN300.DLL should be put in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. Where can I get this file?

Can anyone verify that? Not that I don't trust you, but I don't need a virus. Isn't there just a .DLL file somewhere and not .EXE?

The link does appear to be from microsoft so is probably OK. Your virus software will check it when you down load it.

You may however already own the file. Do a find file search on your system that you can copy to your other folder. This file has been in use since Windows 95 that I can recall. Most likely yours resides in C:\windows folder.
