zdoom 29.cab supports > 32k linedefs

This release of ZDOOM supports > 32k linedefs AND will run all those levels that crashed because they exceeded the old SEGS limit.

I've tested with a level that is a triplicate of VRACK2 - 37k linedefs, 64k sidedefs, 7446 sectors.

Heh, this comes just in time - a level that I'm working on currently has two rooms (one is very big mind you) and four corridors, but already has close to 3600 linedefs ;)

Looks like Randy got bit again with 29.cab, reports are that it's not playing mod music properly. A fix will probably soon follow.
