Weird Doom Builder 2 error!

I can't fix it, please help me!
I don't even know what it means!

before posting a messy error output which may or may not be useful, it helps first if you tell us what you did to cause the issue.

I didn't do anything. I just tried to run doom builder 2!

Did you try reinstalling DB2? Maybe something's broken in your .net install.

Tried it 10 times

P.S. I've tried system restore.

Yes, and from that error I assume that there's something wrong with your .net.

OK I'll bring my '.net' up to date and fix it.

but, how will I do this?

and I can't fix it. I can't get .net & it seems though that every thing is correct. It just can't read a system.timedateoffset. How is that even related? When I ignore the error, it continues only with 'new map' now I can't make a map because that configurations are not loaded, which in DB you NEED a selected configuration. HELP!

By any chance does anyone know of a level editor like doom builder that is on Windows XP that I could use.

You could try Slade3 which is currently in beta.

I assume you have Automatic Updates enabled. Go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, click on Change/Remove for .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, select Repair from it's maintenance menu and hope for the best. If that fails you might have to consider removal and re-installation.
