It`s quite strange that there`s still no Revolution max movie (32 maps). It`s easy to perform and only thing you should really pay care is the damned lost monsters. Back in days i`ve done it in 90 mins, but it`s not fast enough and have some major mistakes. Maybe someday, after I finish my current WIP demopack, i will return to make it under 80 mins... if noone will do it before me.

Map29 (Hall of Maim) Nomonsters Speed in 0:32

Featuring a void glide and a use of the damage/exit sector from the outside. I'm not sure if this route should be any faster than the "standard" two-glides route. If not, chalk this one up as a "Trickaholic".

More a proof demo than anything else:

Map29 (Hall of Maim) Nomonsters Stroller in 0:56

Same as the Speed/Pacifist, but as a Stroller (pacifist, no running, no strafing). This shows that a void glide can be done at low speed, without any straferunning.

last time i tried recording stuff for revolution, my brain nearly melted from attempting the hardcore trick runs. it's ironic that such an easy megawad contains so many extremely tough exploits, heh. this time i concentrated on the "regular" in the first episode and it went much better. interestingly enough all the even numbered maps have great max runs while the odd maps contained obvious untapped timesavers. i also tried the glide route 04 uv-speed and the solo rj on map06, but no luck there and i don't feel like grinding those for weeks.

dew vs. revolution e2. the first 4 maps had ridiculously polished demos, so i didn't bother with them except a tweak in map11 speed route. the later maps had just grazza's ancient legacy uv-speeds, so i "refilled" the tables. another vile beater on map15 and quite possibly my best max so far on map18.

by the way, map20 could use a more polished max, but it doesn't fit my style much. anyone wanna train their bfg optimization? :)

It was recorded few years ago when the attachments hadn�t worked yet. We were sending our demos to Ops and Grazza and they were uploading demos themselves.

Since Method's demo might be lost, and dew doesn't want to record on this map anymore, I figured I'll give it a shot to bring it under 2 minutes. Screwed up at the end, or this might have been a 1:49.

Crappy movement after not playing for a while, but overall, I got pretty lucky. First exit after a few hours of work. Credit to dew and Gusta.

niiice! i can tell the risk level is totally maxed, you're doing all the shots and moves expecting them to work out. that's a huge difference from how i recorded my demo. well played. :)

dew: Your map27 pacifist looks like it should be OK, given the distance of the monsters from the exploding barrels. Though I haven't checked with -trace_thingshealth, I must admit.
