JDoom 1.0, for some silly reason, remove the ability to use parameters from it's batch file (the launcher, of course, doesn't work at all). Edit the "JDoom.bat" file and add "%1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9" (without quotes) onto the end of the first line of the batch file. Each % allows for addition parameters to be used, like "-file" or "-warp" or "-skill", etc.
