bejiitas_wrath Posted November 12, 2004 If anyone is interested, I am setting up the configure script and other files to get Zdoom 2.0.93src to compile on Linux. I have finished the configure script with autoconf 2.57 and I just need to lay my hands on FMOD for Linux to get it working. Although, 123 Beta 33 will run under Wine... But the .93 windows binaries will not run at all, it just gives me the Zdoom crash window. But the configure script will run perfectly. I need to know where FMOD for Linux can be had though. I had to comment out the section asking for SDL as I installed the SDL packages and it still would not find it! I want to get it running even without sound. I will upload the tarball to my site if anyone wants it. 0 Share this post Link to post

DaniJ Posted November 17, 2004 skadoomer - Your best option is most likely Doomsday. It is available for MacOSX, Linux and Win32. Multiplayer is still to be implemented on Mac though. 0 Share this post Link to post
