I just picked up a copy of DOOM collectors edition at EB and installed it in linux. My question is there a console command that will stop the shooter from bobin up and down as he walks. I know in quake1 its cl_bob 0 .

Theres a forum for questions like this. Its called the Source Ports, and its for questions about *gasps* maybe, SOURCE PORTS!?

BBG (though he can be and frequently is an ass), is correct.
Check out the Source Ports section for questions like this one.

To answer your question, I don't believe there is a command that stops the Doomguy from bobbing as he walks.

Now, but the thread is titled "Doom Legacy help neede". So I assume the questions is about DOOM Legacy, and neede is probably some sort of a furry animal.

Sounds like the guy's mildly dyslexic or something to me.
There's an "e" on the end of the "neede".
Sounds like this guy's a poor speller or was in a hurry.
