I'm not sure what doomguy look like in classic doom, because it have helmet

When I start doom legacy launcher and I press "launch" it says:
Response file doomargs.tmp not found !
How I fix that

That' a launcher problem and not a Legacy problem.
I don't remember what you can do about it. just don't use the launcher.

Doesn't that file come with Doom Legacy or is created by the launcher setup?

Either create a blank file and rename it doomargs.tmp

or

Run the regular Legacy.exe and it will create one for you.

I ran regular Legacy.exe but it doesn't create the file. I don't know how to use pwads if I don't can use launcher. Can I download this file somewhere or can someone send it to me by e-mail.

Perhaps the launcher cannot handle spaces in directory names.

Try installing doom legacy in C:\Legacy

The launcher creates "doomargs.tmp" in the directory the IWAD lives in - quick fix is to have Legacy, it's launcher and the IWAD's in the same directory.

Make sure all your files are in the same folder, then

Right click somewhere in the folder -> New -> Text Document

It will make a blank text file. Then rename it doomargs.tmp

Or, if you're absolutely sure that doesn't work, here's a link:

I putted iwad to legacy folder and now launcher don't show message and it makes file doomargs.tmp. But when I press launch button screen goes black and computer load and load... Nothing happen. I don't know what is mow problem.

Legacy's locked-up while launching - that happens to me fairly often when using it's launcher. Bring up the Task Manager, shut down Legacy in the Applications tab (leave the launcher running), close the Task Manager and try again, the second attempt is usually successful.
