The textures that are missing from the pic are ones that appear in Doom 2 (but not Doom 1), so it looks like you're either loading a PWAD for Doom 1 that includes dexture definitions are are doing something strange like using Doom 1 as the IWAD and using -file to load Doom 2 (or vice-versa).

Can't say more unless you're able to give more detail -- what exactly do you mean by "happens randomly" -- is it literally random or can you trigger it with something?

Also, for future stuff, if you're wanting to upload images, you're best off using a dedicated image hosting service like imgur so people don't have to explicitly download 'em.
