The Graphics and Textures looks blurred on gzdoom and Zdoom looks better and sharper. Is there anyway to fix the blurry graphics on gzdoom due to using Dynamic Lighting effects because Zdoom seems doesn't have the dynamic lighting feature.

Turn off texture filtering in the options (usually under OpenGL options).

That's a strange definition of resolution.

In any case, look at the menu options. Specifically, texture options. Choose "none" or "none (nearest mipmap)" for texture filtering.
