Heretic E1M6 - The Cathedral

Alright, so I can now speedrun through E1M1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and almost 9. E1M6 is always the one that gets me. Can someone point me to a demo or tell me exactly how to get through this level? Thanks.

I don't know off the top of my head (I'm at work right now), but I do remember that the exit to the secret map is there. I think the normal exit is on the platform in the room right after the yellow key door. How to actually get to either of them, I'm not quite sure right now. I'll have to play the map to find out.

Never mind that. I found a walkthrough for the map that should help.
