Usually, yes. Some reviewers don't review re-submitted files though.

Yes, that's pretty much the idea - to review everything that has appeared in /newstuff that week. A minor update to a file that was already in the archive will generally not be mentioned though. If there are major changes, then it will generally get a mention at least.

I recall Cyb attempting to but he was like "omg so many files". Then a minor update came along and it wasn't reviewed.

No, it was a major update. And it has only five files now.

It seems like they've arrived at a fair review. But perhaps if you keep pestering them for another review, they might just give you one.

Funny thing about this kind of stuff, nobody MUST review anything. If there's a good enough reason why someone didn't review it, accept it and move on. I mean, does this thing even add anything new, or is it literally just the heretic levels in doom? If I want to play heretic, I'll play it IN HERETIC.


PS: For the love of god it's "He doesn't give a crap" or "He thinks its crap". I'm guessing english isn't your first language, but you keep consistently saying "He thinks it's a crap". Get rid of that extra "a" and you'll be much better off.
