The Green Marine Posted May 18, 2005 Could someone tell me how to load a custom wadfile using the Doom64 TC? 0 Share this post Link to post
Xtife Posted May 18, 2005 its based on jdoom, so im assuming it still uses the -file command just use a command line like this (drive letter):/(doom folder)/(d64tc exe file) -file (wad name) 0 Share this post Link to post
The Green Marine Posted May 18, 2005 yeah I tried that, but it doesn't recognise the command. I'm getting a little frustrated. Thanks for the reply though. Any other ideas? 0 Share this post Link to post
Sporku Posted May 18, 2005 Uh, that should work. I've tried it. Alternatively, you can temporarily throw the wad file in the data/doom64/auto folder, and remove it when you don't want it to automatically load. 0 Share this post Link to post
Darkhaven Posted May 19, 2005 I distinctly remember there being a version of KickStart that came with the TC. Has it been removed or what? 0 Share this post Link to post
Kaiser Posted May 19, 2005 The latest version doesn't require the kickstart program anymore and has its own executable. 0 Share this post Link to post

After I put it in there, should it be that map when the absolution executable is initiated or do I do something else 0 Share this post Link to post
Kaiser Posted May 19, 2005 Leave the wad in /auto, then start up the TC. 0 Share this post Link to post

Nuxius Posted May 22, 2005 Perhaps that's because you set it's map number to something other than map 1. 0 Share this post Link to post
