Everytime I open a map or create an object on a blank map in WadAuthor, the whole program instantly crashes. Also, if it matters, I'm using the ZDoom config file.
Is there a Win2K/XP patch I might need?

Aside from having a .cfg file for ZDooM, you will also need a converted IWAD. In other words, ZDooM needs to work off of a DooM2.wad that's been converted into ZDooM format. Use zwadconv.exe to convert DooM2.wad into ZDooM format (and name it something like ZDooM2.wad). If you already have something like this, then I'm not sure why you're having a problem.

Win2K or Win XP should not be creating any problems. I edit for ZDooM both on Win95 and Win2K without any issues.
