I've been waiting for a new map and I bet you are wondering what happened when I played it. Here we go!
After pistoling the many imps and grabbing the shotgun from the dead zombie, I went to the next room and pushed the button. What a surprise, monsters everywhere. I rushed out and with my chaingun snipery took down the Hell knights. I got the super shotgun and, again, I was surrounded. Thankfully, it was just a horde of imps. I took out the shotgun to conserve ammo and fought the Baron on the pillar. After I pressed the shiny button, a lot of different enemies started to appear, I did what any smart player would do. I hauled ass outta there. I accidentally fell in the small ditch and made my way to the plasma gun, the weapon that makes me say "oh, hell yes.") I shoot all the punks and saw the many enemies outside and started to trek softly. I was scared to go in the pool thinking it was lava, but it was only blood. (or Cherry Kool-aid. Your choice.) Fighting my way to the blue key, grabbing the rocket and fighting my way back to the blue door was a daunting task, but I thought to myself, "Cheer up, it can only get worse from here, be thankful." I found the red key, I heard the sound of corpses becoming one piece again. "Oh great, An arch-vile."
I welcomed the fact the arch-vile was reviving the chain gunners, it means more ammo for me. The first map had me scouring up spare ammo and this map was no different. After opening the small red bar, I did a little run around with the spiders. I was soon standing face to face with the yellow key. I was smart to save before grabbing it because I don't mind telling you that I did this all with one life. I ran like a sissy to the teleporter from the monsters that appeared out of hell's ass and found myself safe for now. I looked out the inverted cross window and my heart skipped a beat. Cacodemons and elementals everywhere. I wasn't going out there anytime soon. I fought the fatsos and heard the footsteps of a cyberdemon. I was really nervous so I pulled out my plasma gun. Good thing, too, because I was ready for the specters that came outta nowhere. After pushing the shiny button and fighting the never ending swarm of souls, I wondered how to get back up. The shining arrow pointed the way out. Classy.
After I got out, I found myself killing the Cacos and pains I neglected to kill before wasting a lot of good ammo...
There it is! Across the pit of blood! The exit! YES! Salvation, here I co- HOLY CRAP!!!!
That bloody cyberdemon finally came into play and nearly killed me. I had very little ammo so I couldn't face it so lured it away from the exit, circled around it and kissed that level good bye!
You certainly know to make one wary. I always am more cautious when I'm playing your maps. Granted, I am NOT an expert like Death-Destiny
but it still was very fun for me.
