I can’t find the two WADs that contain the classic episodes and Spear of destiny, neither in Laz’ page nor in idgame.
Is there a copyright issue, or something?

Which mirrors did you check? I found both of them on the German server - Second Encounter (3 episode version) and Spear of Destiny.

I don’t know if Spear of destiny is the original Spear of destiny levels or not. I suspect that it isn’t.
