Hexen WADs

Hello,

I have the Vavoom WAD player game thingy, and I was looking for some more Hexen WADs. I love Hexen and I finally just passed it without cheating lol. So I think I should celebrate by seeing if anyone else has any other WADs or mods. Please post the links in messages. Thank You.

Chuxen is a hub that is worth checking out in my opinion.

If you mean the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement - that disaster in the making has already been discussed a couple of times in these forums.

YES! I got these WADs from torrents. If this thing goes through, Im screwed! But at least I got most of the downloads I want out of the way. Thats why Im backing all of it up so I wont lose them.

Which WADs? If you mean mods like those you can download from idgames, there's nothing illegal in getting them through other means. (Assuming the standard "you may redistribute this" bit was not removed from the readme template.)

But if you mean the IWADs, then I wouldn't brag about that if I were you. Not only are all these games dirt cheap nowadays (especially if you wait for one of Steam's holiday sales, then you can get the id Super Pack at half price), but the community here is very strict about software "piracy".

Honestly, he resembles Diablo (with the happy/eager part as well). Speaking of that, I can hear an unused Diablo sound at the beginning of that video. Totally cool; Diablo's atmosphere is unique.Actually I don't remember exactly; it could still be Hexen.

This may seem off topic, but D'Sparil is one of the coolests names, while "Korax" could become "Koraxxx - The Serpent Pornstar" lol

They can use ZDoom to achieve similar cutscenes, also.

With Vavoom (and maybe others) The Maulotaur, Ettins, Serpents are 3d. The Heresiarch should to. He's one of my favorite enemies.

Corvus corax is the scientific name for the common raven.

(and Corvus is the player character's name)

Well, in Heretic at least. In Hexen they are called Baratus, Daedolon and Parias.

Anyway...starship.wad is another good one.

I remember playing that some years ago. I thought it was from 95 or something. Anyway, it's certainly not good. I suppose it's not bad either, as in the game play isn't annoying or anything. But that people parade is as a "good one" is a testament to the severe lack of quality Hexen wads around.

Another thing, WAD editors. Where to get those for Hexen?

Doom Builder 2's a great choice for map editing and SlumpED's a great choice for lump management. :)
