I'm trying to run ZanZan (the TC by ACE) but it won't even run. I've tried everything but it won't run on vista or XP. Any Ideas?

I don't know about Vista/Windows 7
But just for the sake of testing I ran it on my XP machine which is the one I'm on now and it works just fine.

I just started it with the AGP batch file.

also keep in mind the doom2 wad needs to be in the same folder. but you already know that I figure =)

Just use the version made to work with GZdoom.

Tried running the AGP file but it still won't work.

Which version Kristus? The one that came with the zip file?
