Using .rar files

I just found this Quake Total Conversion for Doom 2, but the problem is that I don't know how to use it. The TC is in .rar format, not WAD or pk3. If you happen to know how to use them, please be very discriptive.

You need WinRAR to unzip it, The .rar contains the .wad, Google it. You will find it.

You could also use 7zip or Zipeg. They're free.

use 7zip

I just use WinRAR.
