Escaped the final fight on UV through a combination of luck and a blind spot behind the black pillar to the left of the last switch. You stick there, they can't see you and aren't awake yet. Then when you move forward a bit, the archviles, who are now on the ground, get caught up in the crossfire, so all you have to worry about is running by the single cyb by the exit. Didn't do it exactly legit, since I was save/reloading, but it is possible with a bunch of luck.
As for actually killing the cybers ... there is no way in that small of a room. Between the archviles retargeting you because of splash or stray buckshot, revived monsters getting in the way, and the cyb's splash damage, I was lucky to get around them. Only took like 2 tries after I got there though. I think I had maybe 10 deaths at most. Would be made actually doable with an extra megasphere and bfg instead of plasma. Maybe.
I hated those black pillars though. They section off like 1/3 of the map from the rest, so running circles around the revenants and escaping the hell knights before them can be rough. Getting in the revenant's faces actually is the best idea, because of their faulty attack distance code, and at one point I actually got stuck with a mancubus in one of the rev alcoves. I barely got out, with like 10 hp. Brutal.
