Looking good. The hand doesn't stay consistent though, when you switch to the pistol (it turns into the Doom guy's hands). So I would do either complete respriting or just use the entire Outlaws sprite set.

edit: And oh, I forgot to mention, I donīt know what sourceport you used, but I saw a bug in the video, that candles on the floor were supposed to be on the candelabra hanging at the ceiling! I fixed that, their Z height wasnīt high enough, but I didnīt get this error here so I didnīt notice that :/
