VintageTorrie Posted January 3, 2013 This might seem like a simple, or over-asked question, but I have never found any "tutorial" that actually helps me. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit, and I'm using the GZDoom port to run Doom Ultimate. I've looked for a while on how to do this, but the stuff I get is of no help, or isn't explained at all, so if anyone here could give me simple steps on how to use a custom WAD, I would be very grateful. 0 Share this post Link to post
Scripten Posted January 3, 2013 You should be able to just drag and drop the wad file onto the executable. Failing that, try looking for ZDL. That lets you streamline the whole process and keep your wads in different folders without too much hassle. 0 Share this post Link to post
VintageTorrie Posted January 3, 2013 Ah, thank you, it's working with ZDL 0 Share this post Link to post
Gez Posted January 3, 2013 This applies to GZDoom too. http://zdoom.org/wiki/Installation_and_execution_of_ZDoom 0 Share this post Link to post
