FTP error when uploading to idgames. [SOLVED]

Hello there, I am trying to upload a map to the idgames ftp and I keep getting this error.

421 There are too many connections from your internet address.

What is going on? Even if I am using Linux, I still get this error with Filezilla. Is there another way to submit to idgames?

This quote from the /newstuff and /idgames FAQ thread might be relevant to your problem:

• If you are behind a proxy server, the connection may not work.
  
• There is a limit of 10 users on the FTP server at a time. BE PATIENT. Do not hammer the server by continually trying to log in. Try accessing it some time around midnight EST (5 AM GMT).
