BTW, there are 2 .deh files.
The reason is that one of them is a weapons patch and the other is another weapons patch. Try this example.
(port).exe -file md-icd.wad -deh icd-deh1.deh
or
(port).exe -file md-icd.wad -deh icd-deh2.deh
dont forget to add in the your other wads too if you want too! The weapons are best played in a hard wad.
